Eagle Systems was one of 22 small businesses named to the Army’s $2.5 billion Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services II (OPTARSS II) prime contract. OPTARSS II is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, multiple-award contract from the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center at Fort McPherson, Georgia. Additionally, the OPTARSS II contract can be used not only by the Army, but may also be extended to other Department of Defense (DoD) and Non-DoD agencies. One of the benefits of the OPTARSS II contract is the ability to offer maximum flexibility in providing an expedited ordering process. This flexibility equates to a fast turnaround on task orders because a pre-qualified group of prime contractors has already been established.
As one of the vendors named to the Small Business Suite, Eagle Systems has the opportunity to respond to task order requests that cover eight different task areas: operational planning, training, modeling and simulation, flight operations, mobilization planning and execution, deployment operations, force protection, and transformation. Our exceptional past performance combined with the counsel from our advisory board of senior level retired Army personnel certainly puts Eagle Systems in a position for success in the coming task orders.
