In September 2011, Eagle Systems won four task orders on the Army’s Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services II (OPTARSS II) Multiple Award Task Order contract.
Eagle Systems will provide instructor support for the Non-Commissioned Officer’s Academy at Fort Benning, Georgia, in the areas of Doctrine and Training Analysis, Maneuver Senior Leader Course, and the Advance Leader’s Resident Course, as well as conducting Advance Leader’s Course Mobile Training Teams. Our personnel will support the Academy in the areas of leadership, maintenance, training management, war fighting skills, Table of Organization & Equipment (TO&E), Table of Distribution Allowance (TDA) units, duties, responsibilities, and authority, while also providing MOS-specific training to ALC Sergeants and Staff Sergeants.
In additional support of the Maneuver Center of Excellence mission at Fort Benning, Eagle Systems will provide personnel for Post-Combat Survey Support. Receiving and analyzing comments from all areas of U.S. Army DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, and Facilities), our personnel will develop and execute surveys, store and document the results, and analyze and summarize the resulting data. Our efforts to expedite the collection and analysis of data will enable improvement and progress within the areas most needed by the Soldier.
Eagle Systems will also provide instructor support services for the U.S. Army Infantry Center/School Ranger Training Brigade, supporting the 4th Ranger Training Battalion for Ranger Training School and the Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leaders Course, programs identified by the Army as essential to modularity, transformation, and future force employment and success abroad. Our personnel will provide instruction and doctrine analysis in the areas of Ranger Instructor Certification Program, Communications, and Intelligence.
Fundamental to the “Army Learning Concept 2015” is the implementation of technology into the Army’s current Program of Instruction. In support of the Directorate of Training and Doctrine at the Maneuver Center of Excellence, Eagle Systems will provide Emerging Technologies and Digital Leaning Content development services. Eagle Systems personnel will design, develop, and implement mobile training applications (apps) with various levels of complexity as well as 3-Dimensional Interactive Multimedia instruction (3D IMI) programs.
With over 25 years of training experience, Eagle Systems is excited to be expanding as well as strengthening our training capabilities, and we are eager to be on the leading edge of the Emerging Technologies transition within the Army as we continue to deliver Beyond Client Satisfaction service in both classroom and digital interactive multimedia instruction.
